FAQ:
Q: Why do I have to pre-order?
A: Unlike school photography when most everyone is present, we don't know how many players will be at picture day unless we have a pre-order. Knowing whether there will be 20 or 120 players will make sure we can streamline the process and provide the best results.
Q: What does my pre-order money go toward?
A: Whatever you want. We don't have set packages. Everything is a la carte, with automatic cart discounts built in. Prints start at $12 and digitals start at $55. Cart discounts start at $30.
Q: What if I don't like the photos? What if I don't want $25 in photos?
A: Then we will give you a refund.
Q: Why is it $25? Why not $1 or $12?
A: Because anyone who doesn't complete their order by May 31 will automatically have an individual photo and team photo selected for them, and sent to the address listed in their pre-order. No refunds will be issued after May 31.
Q: What if I can't make my team's assigned time?
A: Your team really wants all players in the team photo, so please make every effort to be there. Consider carpooling, if possible. If that won't work, then we can take a FEW individuals before 10am or after 4:45pm.
